American Waygu Beef – What is it?

Purebred Wagyu are crossed with traditional breeds to create American Wagyu Beef. The result is a perfect blend of Wagyu buttery marbling and the robust flavor that American beef is known for.

We have some Simmental / Angus crossed with Waygu breeds. This can produce a naturally more efficient and productive animal with higher healthier lipid profiles based on hi bred vigor (the offspring retain the best of both worlds genetically).
